Service

Amazon account management services with one owner from day one.

Most Amazon account management services are sold by a senior and delivered by someone you meet after you sign. Elvatco runs on the opposite structure: the operator who audits the account is the operator who owns it, and the account is never handed down.

The structural problem

Why Amazon account management companies hand you a junior.

This is not a character flaw, it is arithmetic. An agency earns its margin by spreading senior time across many accounts. To make that work it has to staff to the average, and the average is a coordinator who relays your questions to whoever actually does the task.

The costs land in places that do not show up in a monthly report. Account knowledge resets whenever that person leaves. Decisions that need the whole picture, like whether to push ad spend into a product with eleven weeks of cover left, get made by someone who can only see one window of it. And nobody in the chain is accountable for the number you care about, because nobody in the chain can see the P&L.

Elvatco keeps the client list deliberately small. Staying boutique is not a limitation being dressed up, it is the mechanism: few enough accounts that each one is held fully in view by the person responsible for it. It is also the reason there is sometimes a wait.

Scope

What gets owned.

Catalogue and variation hygiene

Split variations, orphaned child ASINs, duplicate listings and wrong category nodes quietly suppress sales. The cleanup is unglamorous and it is usually where the first recovered revenue comes from.

Listings and A+ content

Titles, bullets, backend terms, images and A+ modules written for conversion first and indexing second. Conversion rate sets ad efficiency, so this work pays for itself twice.

Inventory and demand planning

Reorder points worked back from lead time, sell-through and seasonality. Stockouts get treated as an advertising cost, because rebuilding lost rank is paid for in clicks.

Pricing and buy box

Price moves are modelled against contribution margin before they are made. Buy box loss gets diagnosed rather than absorbed.

Compliance and cases

Suppressions, policy flags, listing issues and Seller Support cases handled as they appear, instead of accumulating until something stops selling.

Competitor intelligence

Custom real-time tracking built per brand on the ASINs that actually take your sales: price, stock, review velocity and listing changes. Built for One Brand as a bespoke system, not rented from a SaaS vendor.

Evidence

A full restructure, measured on the bottom line.

Sabrent Canada Monthly
Revenue, at handover$80,000
Revenue, current$135,000
Net margin8.1% → 12.3%
Monthly net profit+$10,125

Full account restructure: PPC rebuild, catalogue cleanup, listing fixes and inventory systems, all run directly rather than briefed to someone else.

Revenue grew 69% while net margin improved by 4.2 points. Both at once is the test. Buying revenue at the cost of margin is a trade any account can make in a week; it just is not worth making.

The day job

What an Amazon account management agency actually does all day.

Worth being plain about this, because the brochures rarely are. Running an Amazon account is mostly small, unglamorous maintenance, done consistently. It is not a strategy that gets set once.

In a normal week something breaks. A variation splits and a child ASIN goes orphan. A listing gets flagged for a compliance attribute that was fine last month. A competitor drops price and your buy box share quietly halves. A shipment gets stuck at a fulfilment centre and your cover drops under four weeks without anyone noticing.

None of those are difficult on their own. They are expensive because they go unseen. By the time a problem is big enough to show up in a monthly report, it has usually been costing money for three weeks.

So the real job is noticing early, every week, without being asked. Most of the value in Amazon account management services is attention rather than cleverness.

Scope

What is included, itemised.

Compare this against anything else you are being quoted. The useful question is not what is on the list, it is who is doing it.

Handover

Taking over an account that is already in trouble.

This is the normal starting point, so there is no need to tidy up before the audit. Most accounts that come across have the same few things wrong, and they are all fixable.

The first month is unglamorous. Catalogue cleanup, listing fixes, suppressions cleared, and the advertising rebuilt underneath. Reporting looks noisy during this period because the structure is changing. That is expected, and you will be told when it is happening rather than discovering it in a chart.

Sabrent Canada started exactly here. A full restructure, then revenue from $80K to $135K a month with net margin moving from 8.1% to 12.3%. The margin number is the one that mattered. Revenue alone can be bought in a week by discounting, and it is not worth having.

One thing worth saying honestly: if the audit finds that your current setup is basically sound and the gap is small, you will be told that too. Not every account needs an operator.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can you take over an account that is already a mess?

That is the normal starting point. The audit comes first so that both of us know the size of the cleanup before anything is agreed.

Do you work with brands outside Amazon?

Yes. TikTok Shop, Shopify and Walmart run as extensions of the same P&L rather than as separate projects with separate reporting.

Will you also develop new products?

Yes, and it is where the background started. See how an Amazon product launch actually works.

How are Amazon account management companies usually structured?

Typically a strategist who sells, an account manager who coordinates, and specialists who execute. It works at scale and it costs you context, because nobody in that chain sees the whole account at once. Elvatco removes the chain rather than improving it.

Who do I actually speak to?

Me, on anything that matters. There is no account manager layer and no ticket queue, and the person who built your plan is the person answering. Keeping the client list small is what makes that possible.

What happens if you are unavailable?

Worth asking, and the honest answer is structural rather than reassuring. Every account runs on documented systems and custom tooling built inside your own workspace — scorecards, dashboards, replenishment tools — rather than on anyone’s memory. They are yours, and they would make sense to a competent operator who had never met me. A large agency carries the same exposure and handles it worse, because when their staff leave nothing was written down in the first place.

Do you need full admin access to my Seller Central?

No. Access is granted by role through Seller Central user permissions, you own the account throughout, and it can be revoked at any time without affecting anything that has been built.

What does it cost?

Published up front on the pricing page.
